Established production, under your name.
House of Wax is the contract manufacturing arm of a candle operation that has been pouring since 2023. The specification we quote is the one we already run at volume.

Three years of production behind the specification. The line that would make your candles has been running since 2023, producing for our own brands and to our own written specification. House of Wax is the contract manufacturing arm of that operation, not a new workshop finding its feet.
That matters in practice rather than in principle. The vessel, wax, wick and fragrance load quoted to you are not a proposal, they are the combination we already pour at volume and have burn tested. 2,000 curing positions, a fourteen day cure we do not shorten, and a specification sheet issued before you pay anything.

The company you would be contracting with, and the person handling your account.
Production capacity and its limits
The constraint on output is curing space rather than pouring rate. Every candle occupies a position for fourteen days, so available positions determine what we can accept and when.
We confirm available capacity before accepting an order. Where a run exceeds the space free, we schedule it across cycles and tell you the revised date rather than accepting one we cannot meet.
