How we work
You are thinking about handing part of your business to a manufacturer you have never met. This page is everything we would want to know if we were you.
We are new at this, and we would rather say so. House of Wax began manufacturing for other brands in 2026. We do not have a wall of client logos, and we are not going to borrow anyone else’s.
What we do have is a production line that already runs, a written specification for every candle we make, 2,000 curing positions we will not over-promise, and a price list published in the open so you can work out your own margin before you speak to anyone.
Spend £30 and judge us on a candle rather than on a website. It is the only honest way for either of us to find out.
Plain identity
Look us up. You should, and so should everyone else you consider.
Anything above marked as to be confirmed is genuinely not settled yet rather than being withheld. We would rather show you the gap than fill it with something vague.
Every document that comes with a run
Most manufacturers will not show you any of this until you have paid a deposit. Here is all of it in advance.

Printed on the back labelSix things we will not do
Anyone can promise to be excellent. These are the promises that cost us money, capacity or work, which is the only reason to believe them.
Useful whether or not you order
The dieline is the real production template. Take it to a designer and you have a usable label whoever ends up making your candles.
Judge us on a candle, not a website
Everything above is us telling you we are careful. A sample is you finding out. One finished candle, your chosen fragrance, your label if your artwork is ready, cured the full fourteen days like everything else we make.
£30, and it comes off your first order.
